Play therapy is a creative way of assisting children to work through difficult life experiences using play as their natural means of communicating.  

Difficult life experiences may include:  

  • Divorce
  • Loss
  • Crime
  • Trauma

Play Therapy is also effective in assisting children who have behaviour problems. Often this behaviour is a sign of underlying emotional or developmental difficulties.
